        GREAT SERVICE

        WHEN WE HAD DIFFICULTY WITH THE GROUT IN OUR NEWLY INSTALLED TILE FLOOR, THIS COMPANY CAME OUT TO LOOK AT THE PROBLEM, AND TOOK OWNERSHIP TO THE PROBLEM. THEY ORDERED NEW TILES AND WHEN IT CAME IN, THEY PROMPTLY CAME TO REMOVE THE ORIGINAL TILE AND REINSTALL THE PRODUCT WE HAD SELECTED. WE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THE RESULTS! THIS IS A BUSINESS THAT UNDERSTANDS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GIVES IT AS SEOND NATURE. THANK YOU TO THE GREAT STAFF AT RALPHS!
