¡Ole! What tapas is all about...

There's nothing really like grazing the tapas offerings at one of Madrid's finest restaurants. But Jaleo comes as close as possible, and it's a LOT closer than Madrid. I've never had a bad morsel here, but of course I have my favorites which includes anything from the meat or seafood fair, and anything with manchego. The vino tinto selections are fine, too. The downtown Jaleo's can be a bit noisy at times, but it's just because everyone is having a good time. If you want something a little quieter and more sedate, try the Jaleo's in Bethesda -- same great food and service, but a richer, darker decor.
