Adrian at Centric Sub-Zero Repair is simply the best! We found him years ago when looking for someone to repair our aging Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer and now, would never use anyone else. He's extremely knowledgeable on every aspect of Sub-Zeros, always on time, and a great communicator. He's also a genuinely nice person. We can't recommend him highly enough!!

Adrian was nothing short of amazing! He answered the phone quickly, correctly diagnosed the problem OVER THE PHONE and gave me an estimate, arrived the following day on time, educated me on the issues while he worked, finished quickly, kept the work area clean, and charged me exactly what he estimated (which was significantly less than competitors' estimates, particularly those who misdiagnosed the problem) when we spoke on the phone. Adrian Loughlin, the Centric Sub-Zero repair technician, provided a prompt, professional and quality repair of my 12 year old Sub-Zero refrigerator. The ice maker repair was complicated, requiring a part no longer used in current models. Adrian specializes in the repair of Sub-Zero products and only uses authentic parts. Service was prompt, arrived on time, super friendly, fixed the problem and explained what was wrong and what we can do to maintain the Sub Zero better. Repair costs were reasonable too. I definitely would use Centric again!

Superb! Could not be happier! Easy to schedule, prompt, organized, friendly, professional. Clearly described findings with ice maker. Advised have plumber change the valve. Once that was done, another visit was promptly scheduled. Adrian took the time to educate me about how he knew he ice maker needed to be replaced. He quickly replaced it, and laughed with me on my requesting to get in and clean some of the freezer that I normally cannot reach! We have never had such nice ice and so many ice cubes!
