I have never taken a yoga class before, I was a little nervous about feeling comfortable or being able to keep up and do all the yoga "poses".

The teacher was so calming and warm and welcoming that from the minute I walked in, I knew I had made a good choice.

As we did the class, the teacher had her eyes on every student, making sure we were all in the correct form. I was thrilled that even though I had never done this and I am out of shape, I was able to do the whole class with no problem. When I was done I thought, "now, that was nice and relaxing, not much of a work out, but very nice" .Boy was I wrong! after about 3 hours I started to feel every muscle in my body, I had that "just worked out feeling" for 2 days! I will be going back every week now on Monday mornings! What a find! Check it out, you wont be sorry!
