        Mr. Franklin was very prompt, professional, kind, and courteous! He called me before coming to tow my car as well as after transporting it. He also called the next day to ensure my car was fixed and that I was able to pick it up. I highly recommend him and his company and if I need a tow in the future I will hire him again.

        This man does not conduct himself in a professional manner. He attempted to price gauge us ($350 to tow 6miles from accident site to his shop)and then wanted to try to cut deals if we agreed to pay him on the spot cash. Would not allow us to pick up our vehicle from his shop said he had to bring it to us and wanted to charge another $100 for that. And to top all of that, when we wouldn't give him the money until the he unloaded the car he drove off with our vehicle still on his truck. I highly recommend that you do not use this man's services unless you want to be taken advantage of.
