        What you see ain't what you get. Aug 18 I called with a problem (sweating ductwork) that he stated it would be over $5K to replace (ductwork) and stated to try to find someone else because he didn't want to do it. While saving money for the big expense/repair, called to get an annual check-up...no call back. After saving the $5K and calling HVACs for the ductwork replacement, the guy came in and troubleshot within one minute...it was a clogged drain that drip by drip saturated insulation and warped my floors. Seems professional and looking out for you but don't get fooled like I did. By the way, the heat pump he installed in 2011 was eligible for a $1500 energy rebate of which he failed to tell me.
