Jeff Smith Volkswagen of the Shoals

Sent my car to Volkswagen in late October and paid them right at $2200.00 down payment for a motor and still have not gotten my car and keep getting all kind of stories about when I will receive it. Been told several times that it would be the next week and here it is about to be February and I still haven't gotten my car.I would never recommend anyone to this company. Management over the Service Department will tell you that it will be ready in 2 days and then when call back he passes you on to the Service telling that he didn't know y was going on,so I had to talk with them .Still have not received a call back
