When we decided to sell our house, Angela Chesnut with Coldwell Banker had everything organized and ready to go.

I have been working with Angela with Coldwell Banker for about 2 to 3 months now and she has been the best realtor I have dealt with.

Angela Chesnut sold me a house 2 or 3 months ago and it was such a quick transaction and she was very professional.

Angela is always available if you need her. Even after hours if I sent her an email she would answer me at like 10-10:30 at night.

I loved how easy Angela made everything for us when selling our home. She had everything set up so all we had to do was sign a few papers and that was it. Took all the stress off of us.

USAA recommended us to Coldwell Banker SSK Realtors. We had a wonderful experience again and will definitely go to them first if we even need to buy or sell a home again. What we loved the most, besides how smooth the process went, was that our realtor was extremely familiar with the market.

They went above and beyond my expectations. The new home I now have purchased is everything I wanted and more. Thank you to my agent who genuinely cared and put in great effort for me.

We are are military family who bought a home in Bonaire Ga. We chose Coldwell Banker SSK as our property manager to rent said home once we received PCS orders.

If you enjoy poor communication, incompetence, and throwing away 10% of your rent at people who do NOTHING for it; this is the property manager for you. Perhaps if you lived in the same city and could frequent the office, you may not be taken advantage of and you might be thrilled with their customer service. If you, like us, are a military family living thousands of miles away--do NOT use this company. I rented properties for 15 years prior to buying this home, I have NEVER had the aforementioned problems with any other property manager in any other city or state. A simple task, like responding to an email, is beyond their level of capability.

Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

We recently moved out of a house that we had rented for three years through Coldwell Banker SSK's property management division.I would not recommend this company to anybody in the area, go with an individual or another company. They rent houses owned by other agents in the office, such as our house, owned by Trinette Rosales. Lots of issues with Coldwell not wanting to take responsibility for issues with the house, in part, I believe because it is owned by a fellow realtor. They would try to scare us into not reporting a problem because it "could" be our fault and they would not cover the cost of repairs then. Well, it was never our fault.



We were held to the letter of our lease and reminded numerous times about the wording of the contract on issues, but they never held themselves to the contract and it left us with little recourse other than court. Phone calls and emails were answered late, if answered at all. Getting documentation for our move out never happened and it was only after many phone calls and emails that we were finally issued our deposit back.



We were great renters for three years, never late with a payment and took great care of the house. We were even told by Coldwell that we were one of the best renters they ever had. Wish we could have said that they treated us like we were good renters. I would not recommend this company in anyway. Look elsewhere to be treated better.

We rented a home from this agency and were very dissatisfied with the experience. The home was dirty and in disrepair when we moved in, leaky roof, drawers full of trash ect. The roof was never repaired, to the extent the sheet rock was peeling off the walls. When we found a home to buy and gave our 60 day notice I asked what needed to be done to have our deposit returned. I was told have carpet cleaned and home generally clean. Did both. When the move out inspection came however it was a different story. The white glove test was applied. I should not have paid the last months rent, my gut feeling. But I wanted to do the right thing. These people lie constantly. My advise to home owners would be not to trust them with your asset and to renters "Don't Pay The Last Months Rent."
