        Overall

        Price, packaging, and shipping were good; but the AC Adapter did not charge the PC (which was later charged by a different AC Adapter). Is this due to failure to test product before shipping it, externally invisible impact damage during shipping, or simply shipping flawed products? It's only been 3 days since I reported this problem via email, and await any response.
