I work there and it is one of the nicest nursing homes I have seen...

If you want info on how this place is run you should talk to some of the residents that they say can't speak.. or should I say that won't let them speak. MY GRANDMA is in there by choice of my Uncle's girlfriend. Unfortunately I am in Florida and have no say...They have lost her clothes, they have lost a stuffed animal that she has had for along time and named it after me when I had gotten it for her for a holiday. You try to call for info and they refuse. My other family tell me that she stinks and her hair is a mess..She was always dressed to the hilt and went to a hairdresser weekly..When you try to call and get information they refuse to give you any. They save they have codes etc but you give it to them and they say they don't have that or they don't use codes..depending on who you speak with.. I wish I would have some say in the matter because she is not being treated that well..

I am not afraid to leave my name or number and I have the staff members names dates and times I have tried to speak with..and have also asked to speak with my grandma. since she does not have a phone. The only time I can speak with her is if my sister or mom go and they call me....
