I will never buy anything from this business again. You have to be so careful about who truly owns what around Branson, Mo. Luckily I work with about 350 (with Xmas help, 400), & I will spread my experience.. They lied about returns, they then lied about. Being able to help me. Their no refund policy is without conscious. Obviously the quick dollar is more important than what's right. Pits easy to have this kiosk business when you probably will not have to see people ever again. I live in this town & I work so hard for ever $... That's why I got fooled by the 'demo'. Now I cannot even go to IMAX with my son or anyone because I will see the mini masseuse kiosk & feel bitterness because they wouldn't refund me $216.00 for unused products that they talked me into.( I'm willing to pay the $110.00 for the one I used that hurts me). I'm a server /bartender. My husband is a server, we work 100 or more hours a week collectively. That's why we bought the mini masseuse. Our bodies hurt. But do your homework & don't trust this business. $325.00 is a lot of work, as you all know. & my customer service is about customers, everyone requires something different. They have no mercy from my experience, $ not customer satisfaction is the goal. Hopefully I can help others from my dissatisfaction, disappointment, & loss
