I had to move my car from New York to Rockford, Illinois due to my relocation. From the time I was greeted on the phone to the time my car actually arrived, I had a smooth and amazing experience. The staff is helpful and answered every question I had and their answers were 100% true along with the quoted prices and the service and time I would be receiving my vehicle. The movers did a great job as well. My vehicle was in exactly the same condition as left. No scrapes. No dents. Even the interior was how I left it with all my change and personal items where I left them. 110% satisfied and will use this company again.

Moving Relocation Systems was a HUGE help and actually made my moving experience stress free, which has never been the case in the past. The moving company I had originally booked cancelled on me and moving relocation systems had no problem helping me set up my move on last minute notice. I was kept in the loop throughout the whole move and all of my belongings were wrapped and handled with care. I spoke to two girls in customer and the communication was really good that they constantly called me and let me know what was going on. The crew that came was on time, worked really hard and did a good job. In addition, my price didn't go up. I spoke to customer service afterwards and told them I had a really great move. Overall, I was happy with everything.

I’ve moved my child all over the country so I’ve dealt with a lot of movers, and I don’t always find them to be honest. A lot of times, the process takes longer than they say it’s going to take and they want to charge you more money. However, I did not have a bad experience with Moving Relocation Systems. They gave me a good deal. I knew exactly how much I was going to owe and there weren’t any added or mystery charges. They contacted me throughout the move to tell me where my stuff was and when it was going to be there. My daughter and I dealt with their crew and they were very helpful and usable. Overall, I was pleased with the whole process.

I did an online search when I was ready to move. The Moving Relocation Systems rep called me and I liked him. He was very knowledgeable. The moving crew was friendly and playful. They kept in touch with me and called me when they were an hour away. I got stuck in traffic and asked them to give me another 15 minutes which they did. They were patient and didn't treat me ugly when I got there. They got my things out of storage and put them in the truck. Most of my things were already packed but there were a few loose things that they packed for me. We didn't finish until after the storage company had closed. So, we were locked inside the gate and we had to call security to let us out remotely. The movers had another appointment two and a half hours away and it was already 7-8 PM then, but they were still very nice to me when they had to wait to be led out of the gate. It was a pleasant experience.

After reading various reviews and then speaking to the representative on the phone, I got Moving Relocation Systems. The movers in New Jersey were great. They were very informative. The movers in New York were good as well when they dropped everything off in their delivery.

Moving Relocation Systems had a decent rating at the Better Business Bureau so I had them move my things, although they didn't pack anything for me. They were friendly and efficient, and the experience was pretty good overall. The people I talked to have been helpful, and the movers were definitely efficient, clean, and picked up after themselves.

Moving Relocation Systems offered to bring four people on versus three so I chose them over another moving company. The moving coordinator was excellent and the pickup and delivery crew were early. Moving Relocation Systems was fantastic and they really cut me down within a half hour of what they said they would have and really worked themselves to death to get it done. They performed just as they said they would.

Moving Relocation Systems is the best moving company. I called several times for questions which were all answered. I also expected the quote to be far expensive than what it was. Everything was very well done. In fact, I wrote a comment on the bottom of the receipt that went back to the company directly complimenting the men on how they were polite, quick, fast, efficient, and careful. I already did recommend MRS.
