Sheehy Nissan was extremely helpful and provided us with an excellent deal on the exact vehicle we wanted. Once we selected our car Mac and his excellent team worked with us until we were able to agree upon a price that worked for us both which was right at the low end of the true car estimate.

This purchase from Mr. W. Moses and the Nissan dealership in Waldorft was a good experience. The personnel were truly professional, friendly and on easy to work with. have a good feeling. However, Mr. Moses, Mr. Lee and financial representative were exceptional personnel. You should Clone them.

I felt the salesperson was very diligent about meeting my car needs. Mr. Russell always appeared to have a we can make it happen attitude. I have not purchased a new car in 23 full years and was placed in a situation to purchase after my engine on my Acura died. My Mazda died two years prior.

I took my car to sheeny Nissan service department. and work with Mr Croom. the car was hesitating when driving. after the diagnostic test mr croom noted the catalyst converter as the problem among the many faults that were found wrong with the car. my only intention was to fix the problem that caused the hesitation. told it was the catalytic converter that's what I paid to have fix. . I dropped off the car on Friday evening and was told it would be ready Monday, I rented a car. Monday after three I called about the car only to find they had not even ordered the part. mr croom called with the total $1600. and some odd dollars (stating that he'd gotten me discounts, Id call Passport Nissan when Sheeny Nissan did not have the car ready on Monday and was quoted 1600. yet mr croom responded as if a discount was given) I paid the $1600. 00 ( canceled xmas) and drove off in the car, immediately I notice the problem was still there. I hadn't exited the lot. I returned to mr croom who was full of excuses about why the car was still broken from, you asked me to change the converter to its your timing belt, after he looked under the hood. I asked did you drive it to see if you fixed the problem. he stated he didn't know what the problem was because he couldn't duplicate the problem. he couldn't duplicate the problem because he/mechanic never drove the car they only ran a check and picked what could be the priciest cause of the problem. he went out looked under the hood and said its your timing belt, again without actually driving the vehicle. I asked did you drive it to see if it was fixed? he got another mechanic to go with me for a test drive. the problem was felt immediately and the mechanic noted the problem as the ABS breaks due to the TCS error light ( it locks in due because something is wrong with the sensor). Mr croom refuse to refund the monies or offer any solution. twice mr croom choose the most expensive fix action on the car not addressing the reason why I brought the car in, hesitation while driving. He was paid which was his only goal. make as much money off the customer as he could. beware of mr room and Nissan, they prey on their customers..

Sheehy Hyundai are nice while you are buying the car but once you get it they aren't. My mother in-law took her 2013 Sonota in for the recall and they refused to look at it saying her warranty was up, Ok she just bought it Nov. 2013 and it doesn't even have 20,000 miles on it so how is a car with 10 years 100,000 warranty up and also what does that have to do with a recall. Bad Customer service.
