        Probably one of my favorite restaurants on the Big Island of Hawaii in a small town called Waimea. Never disappoints. The staff is on point with menu knowledge. The food is unbelievably great. What's best is they support local farmers and ranchers so their menu changes according to what is best quality and freshest.

Chef/Owner Peter Merriman is one of the founders of Hawaii Regional Cuisine and uses 90% or more of local produce, fish and beef.
