        ONE STAR IS TOO MANY - Poor

        There is only 1 star here because to post this it was necessary.

        Never have I called to get anything but a voice mail that is clearly not checked for messages.

        There is nothing wrong with a Voice Mail that says,"We don't check this machine - call back." That would work - but they never answer the phone!
