I purcashed a game and warranty from this location as a Christmas present and was told I could get a full refund before 1-15-10 if I wished to return. The following day I went back to the same location to return the game as my boyfriend had already purchased it. They returned the cost of the game but not the cost of the warranty even though it had been less than 24 hours since purchase. Nothing was done, no offer made. They should ahve given me the cost of the warranty back seeing as the box was unopened. At the very lease a store credit or something of that nature. Instead, I was told only that "No, it could not be returned."
