The Blu Bar

Blu bar's service was very poor. This happened to be my first time there and it was a complete disaster! The lady behind the bar had no clue how to do her job. It took her more than a few tries to get our order correct. Not to mention her attitude was horrible. Long story short, I will not be returning to the blu bar and I do not recommend it to anyone.

On the 4th of July we were looking for a nice place to eat for our anniversary. We saw the previous review but thought let's give it a try. The food we had was DELICIOUS, we had a prime rib sub; the red snapper and the seafood pasta; the spinach salad. The snapper melted on our tongue the sauce was delicious. the sub was perfect; past alight on the sauce vr good. The service was fast. Personnel super friendly. The server recommended the key lime pie which the chef made himself and it was the best we ever tasted! The lemon creme cake with blueberries was so good; we never had a dessert like this one. The design and soft nice music was great. Despite the fact it was in the Holiday Inn Hotel we felt as if we were in a outside restaurant/bar. All together: we are going back next time and we will recommend this place to anyone.

the food was cold and greasy, and over priced.I had the Philly Chessestake with onion rings,the bread was cold breaking apart,the steak was cold, the chesse was not melted.
