I spoke with Tamryn regarding having a bill sent to me rather than have funds taken directly from my account. She was very pleasant and immediately made the arrangements that I had requested. I also informed her that I had referred her company to my insurance agent and that she should expect a call from her. I had a very pleasant experience.

Fast and professional . I spoke with Cory first time and he was friendly and very efficient. Today I spoke to Joann and she was the same as Cory. I am lucky to have spoke to such wonderful people.

They are very professional however returning the unit like I did it got here in 2 days but I mailed it back on 11/13/17 and you still have not received it yet at your place when my post office said it should have by today 11/15/17. So your quick to charge the money on my card and it got to me in 2 days but I send it back for a refund and none of you know anything. Never had this situation with other company's I have done business with in the past. I guess your company won't get my future business in view of this. Thank you.
Had a question and Tina answered it with no problem. I was disappointed though that when I first ordered the device, I was told I'd have fall detect but found out today that I don't have it. But I do have the mobile device.

The operators are very kind and understanding when I accidentally set off the alarm. And they always assure me that if I need them all I have to do is push the button.

My daughter accidentally activated the alarm. My Husband and Sister both received a call from respondent in Utah that was verifying Need for help.
Daughter was not aware she had pressed necklace, but this quickly let us know that someone is there in time of need.

The operators and customer service have friendly, helpful, and courteous.They helped me with all questions I had.
This lady went above and beyond with her service and helping me with my problem. Personally, i think she should get a fast track award and cash bonus. She was so very sweet and personal. Did not treat me as a number or a problem. A very nice lady, and it was a pleasure dealing with your company and hopefully when the time comes to really not need your service at my home with that button any more that my daughter will receive the same wonderful and empathetic service she needs to return your equipment I've received that she will be able to not have any problems cleaning my estate out returning equipment, that it won't be so hard on her going thru my estate and able to ship all medical equipment shipped back to proper companies.
Thank you for making pre planning funds and helpful equipment with such such a professional experience with kindness and skills in the employees you hire. You should be very proud of your staff.
