horrible! no one acts like they're happy with their job. they are ALWAYS short handed in the slot machine area, so if you want a beverage you will wait a good while. there is the one man in particular that we asked for a beverage and we gave us this 2 minute speech about how he was short handed and I just told him, you know what? never mind! we will just find someone else. YOU SHOULD NEVER MAKE YOUR PATRON FEEL LIKE A BURDEN! we will never go back! Restaurant staff on bottom level also very rude and not helpful, if you ask about the food they know nothing. It is very confusing where to order and pick up. its divided into separate eating places, each with their own order and pick up area. we ordered chili fries at the one place and picked them up all the way at the opposite end. OH and I had a food credit, after ordering my food mind you, INSTEAD OF ASSISTING ME, I was made to walk to the bconnect area to have a voucher printed out which took 10 minutes, then walk to pay for cold fries.
