Graduating first in his class and Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown University Dental School in 1979, Dr. DeWitt received honors and awards for his excellence in crowns, bridges, complete dentures, and outstanding scholastic achievement. Upon graduation, he completed his residency in general dentistry at the Washington Veteran’s Administration Hospital. Following his residency, Dr. DeWitt provided treatment in downtown Washington, D.C. for more than 6 years while teaching part-time at Georgetown University Dental School.
