I read these reviews to my disgust way too late. There seems to be a pattern in the way that these individuals conduct their business they sell subpar vehicles with many hidden problems or issues. The main reason why I chose to shop at Rock Auto Sales was because they advertised they were Christians. In my experience Christians normally would go out of their way to show integrity & be honest with people. (Thou shall not lie?) So, in my case I walked right into their trap. I bought this vehicle from them I asked her what all was done to it. And I got the same line others got "Our Mechanic went through it, everything's great!" I noticed there was fresh paint on the body. Oh cool y'all did a fresh paint job? Sales lady replies....oh yes professionally done. People total BS all of it. 15 minutes into my drive home check engine light came on. Huh, go figure he could've miss that right?!?! Here's the really good part that professional paint job starting peeling everywhere 3 days after I bought it!!!! And it hasn't it gotten dirty enough to clean it yet. A 4 YEAR WITH CRAYONS WOULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB!!! I called to see if they would make it right???? NOPE same sorry line everyone else was given. So, 8 days into my purchase and I had to replace tires, sparkplugs & wires, brakes f&r, fuel filter, air filter, coolant, battery holder, windshield, wipers, oil & filter & valve cover seals. So, $1500-$2000 in parts & labor after I bought this vehicle, & NOW A PAINT JOB!?! These people are sharks they know the system and they cover their tails well. If someone has to do all that just to sale a car I am saying they have a reason to be that way....its called DISHONESTY! Run away from this dealership youre guaranteed to be sold junk and be completely lied to.

Test drove a car that was great at the time in January 2014. Paid over $5,000.00 in full with a check and the AC conveniantly goes out after their so-called. mechanic was charging it. So he blew the compressor. I call them and they told me the car was "as is". Then had to get new tires and battery. The tire light stays on and so does driver air bag. Plus the door locks trip out locking and unlocking. I am very disappointed spending that much money and have things go wrong so soon after purchase. I cant even sell it as nobody wants a Susuki. I do not recommend at all! They advertise Jesus saves and that gives an impression of being christian. Yes Jesus saves but Jesus also wouldnt rip people off. Just saying......

I have had good outcomes on every experience with this dealership. I would recommend them as a God based dealership with fair dealings as a result.

I HAVE BOUGHT THREE VEHICLES FROM ROCK AUTO I HAVE A LONG TIME CUSTOMER FOR A FEW YEARS ALWAYS ON TIME WITH PAYMENTS NEVER LATE . WENT AND TRADED MY VEHICLE IN FOUND SOMTHING I REALLY LIKED SO I BOUGHT IT THE NEXT DAY HAD MAJOR PROBLEMS . CALLED ROCKAUTO THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO STAND BEHIND THEIR VEHICLE. SO IM STUCK WITH A TRUCK THAT HAS ALOT OF PROBLEMS SO IF WANT A GOOD QUALITY VEHICLE DONT GO TO ROCK AUTO.
