They were not here at the time they stated. Person showed up an hour and a half later not my type of promptness. Would not tell us what he was doing, and I did ask and got no answer. All he fit was use his mighty phone camera to get information. Very little if any people skills and you do need them in a service industry. This is a company that Lowes warranty services uses.

terrible customer service. very rude woman working there and poor organization. they had to reschedule my appt. 4 times due to their lack of planning!
