This IS the best cuisine i hav...

This IS the best cuisine i have had in a long long time. We have patronized Canape three times in two months to assure ourselves of quality and consistancy. Canape has passed with flying colors!! I consider myself a gourmet cook at home, i can usually cook what most restaurants have to offer. I cant duplicate their food, its that good!

We offer a wonderful selection of culinary delights: crab cakes, center cut filet mignon, lobster caesar salad, sicilian rigatoni, just to name a few. The owner is also the only cook, we strive for consistency and a comfortable fine dining environment.
