        WILL NEVER EVER WALK IN THAT DEALERSHIP AGAIN! BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE. I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR A SERVICE AS WELL AS A RECALL. NOT ONLY DID I WAIT 6 HOURS FOR A JOB THAT WAS PROMISED TO TAKE NO MORE THAN ONE HOUR SINCE I HAD A 8 AM APP. I DROVE MY CAR HOME AND THE NEXT MORNING THE CAR WOULD NOT START! I PAYED FOR TOWING BACK TO THE SHOP AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE A FEW HOURS TO LOOK AT... THEN AFTER THE ENTIRE DAY PASSED I CONTACTED A MANAGER TO HAVE HIM EXPLAIN THE STATUS OF MY CAR HE NOT ONLY FORGOT HOW TO FOLLOW UP HE WENT TO LUNCH AS SOON AS WE ENDED THE CALL! MAKE A LONG STORY OF PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM I RETURNED TO PICK UP MY CAR AND THE COVER GUARD ON THE INSIDE PANEL OF MY CAR WAS BROKEN. I SHOWED 2 SERVICE REPS THE MIN. I SAT INSIDE AND THEY SAID COME BACK AFTER THE PART CAME IN. STILL WAITING 2 WEEKS LATER... NOT ONLY DID I MISS 2 DAYS OF WORK, I NEVER WAS REIMBURSED FOR THE TOW AND NOW MY DOOR HAS A BROKEN PART! VERY NOTICEABLE. HOW CAN THE STAFF AND MANAGER HAVE EMPLOYMENT SO UNPROFESSIONAL?

        Horrible sales team. Went in with pre-approval and tried to get me to sign a back up loan for 3x the approval rate. Then the salesman tried to stop me from leaving and swore using God's name invain. Do not do business with these people
