While the doctor himself was very plesant, the staff wad miserable. Very unorganized with their records. The staff loed to me when I asked to speak to a manager and just passed the phone to a random back office MA. They refused to give the doctor a message for me. Continuously got my records, labs, referrals mixed up into my husbands chart :( and they were less than helpful in trying to sort out the mess they created and one of the office staff even hung up on me. There are so many good providers to choose from here in the high desert, thr headache of his negligent staff just is not worth the trouble.
