Bathtub & Jacuzzi Repair

I had asked Martin Soto to give me an estimate for a Jacuzzi tub repair. I also asked him if the estimate is free before he showed up. He gave me all kind of excuses for me to authorize the repair work right there or he was going to charge me for a trip. He told me the only thing wrong with the tub was the on and off button. However, I had no way of knowing if the button was actually broken for not before he replaced it. I later found out the button costs $10 online. He later told me his min trip charge is $165 which he did not disclose before he showed up. BE CAREFUL. He is not honest nor a straight forward repairman.
