        Overall

        I'm saddened to say that after trying multiple times for a return phone call I finally received one. I scheduled an at home consultation as per the policy and they were a NO SHOW. I called about 20 minutes after our scheduled appointment and left a voicemail. I have not received a return call back and this is 5 days later. I'm moving on to find help for my daughter. This company seems unreliable:(((((
