Do not walk but run from this company. They came out to fix a leaky faucet. He did not know what the heck he was doing and took three hours all the while we wanted him to be gone. At one point, I said he did not know what he was doing. But, this company is a rip off company. Gave a almost $600.00 bill to us for a leaky faucet. The bill had no cost for the faucet which was the cheapest delta you can get, had no price for labor. This company has an unfortunate group of liars, and cheats who work there. He broke the faucet by using a large pair of channel locks on original faucet to replace a seal. Then, claimed he had to get a new faucet. Run from this company. They claimed they told my husband the cost when they never did. When I called they said they don't put down costs for a job on a receipt. How convenient for them. They can charge whatever they want. This company by all rights should lose its plumbing license. They are not worthy of one.

overcharge , junior plumber does not have good skill.

This is an irrespondsible plumbing company. They were called out to unplug a toilet. They unplugged the toilet but I had to call them back out because it was then leaking. They had cracked the toilet while trying to unplug it then precided to charge me for a new toilet and another service fee. I would be very wary if using them.

This is a great company. They do what they say they are going to do.They are always on time and you know what it is going to cost before they do the work.
