The Cellular Connection Dba Moorehead Communication

I went in for a repair on my son's phone. The first guy I talked to was very nice and very helpful. They had a new phone sent to my house for replacement and told me to bring it and the nonworking phone back and they would do everything for me. Well I did that, a different guy was working that day and the phone works. He told me that he would send the other phone back for me because it had to go back right away. So far, 5 days later Verizon has not received the non working phone yet and has threatened to charge me for it. When I called them today I was told that it isn't anything to do with them, it's got to be FedEx. So I asked for a tracking # and he said he didn't have one. Then he said it went out it the mail! I am so angry right now, I had better not get charged for that phone! I will never go there again, beware!!!! I had to give them one star, too bad, it's too much!
