Leases specify the units are for sale but there is no language or warning how many showings take place. Although notices are given preceding showings, they are often placed sloppily and never with 24 hours notice. Showing realtors will use electricity disrespectfully, and allow their prospective buyers to roam freely about the unit and take photographs of the unit with your personal belongings on display. Gate codes are changed without notification. The manager's son works on property and several residents report maintenance men invasions without notice.
