        I am a certified personal trainer and a certified nutrition & wellness consultant. I work with my clients to assist and direct them to meet their goals.The reason I named my company Custom Body Solutions, is that one size does not fit all. Everyone is motivated by different types of food and exercise. If I tell you to do what I do, that might not fit for you. Then, how can we expect you to do it for the rest of your life? It has to fit into your lifestyle or you may not stick to it. An example: I do not like to go to the gym. If you tell me I must work out at the gym 5 days a week, I will drop that like a bad habit within a month. Why? Because, I would hate that. That is the reason I know I need to take the time to figure out what works for each client I see. I want you to feel and look your best for the rest of your life!I also offer heavy support, if a client suffers from motivation and will power. I don't expect everyone to come to me all fit and perfect. I expect it will be hard sometimes for a client that is just starting out. I love that type of client. It's fun to see someone get excited about improving their health and their body. I am lucky enough to be a part of that. My other passion is working with kids or families that are dealing with being overweight or obese. I can help you correct food intake and getting everyone exercising. I can even come to your house and go through the cabinets with you to figure out what is making the family overweight. I am a mom of two kids and a wife.
