I would not put ANY star if the system would allow me to do that! This "Bank", along with Rich Share, the sarcastic SOB, that would make a sarcastic comments in person to me, as a recent widow, and his poodle, the loan officer Nicole, who promises to call, promises to inform me about my HUGE mortgage payoff, but NEVER EVER DID THAT; left me to freak out for weeks, whether they would actually keep their word to release me from their loan, as I paid it off, and noone ever called or emailed to confirm me that; were by far the most unfair, unresponsive to clients, making borderline criminal deals that benefit ONLY them (the "Bank"), and ZERO to the clients. Even my business partner, who planed to stay and refinance the rest of the mortgage loan for him as a sole borrower, LEFT, disgusted, with their anti-client, unfair rates and attitude. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! The other bankers from the same industry in LA area told me that about Rich Share, one of the president, but I did not quite believed it, until I experienced it myself. And don't bother calling him, even though he would give you his card, HE NEVER EVER ANSWERS HIS PHONE. He would not even return the call...HORRIBLE.
