I am amazed at the results I got from working with Exercise Therapist Howard Bifson. He assessed my posture and gave me a detailed list of corrective exercises from the Egoscue Method and told me specifically what was causing my pain and what I needed to do to get well again. I was feeling much better the first time we got together and am now pain free. I now know what I have to do to keep myself that way. Thank you Howard for the personal time you gave me as well as being there for me when I needed you for encouragement. I can't believe how powerful Postural Therapy can be and why more people don't know about it. - J.P.
