This company is terrible when it comes to property management. It seems that they are more interested in renters than in property management. They did not check our furnishings or property when one set of renters moved out with 5 sets of our bed linen, various household accessories, and they did not notice the huge nails the renters had driven into the walls to hang their pictures, or the huge oil stain in the carport. All of which had to be replaced/repaired by us since they had already returned the security deposit. With the next renter they refused to increase the rental rate over 2 years, and despite being reminded to renew the lease with the tenant because the lease was up, they didn't get around to doing so until about 2 months after the lease had expired!



They are very sluggish to respond to queries and seem very ineffectual as managers.

I was in NYC when they found our home. I sent them over my list of requirements and once they found what I was looking for, I flew out to Venice. I fell in love with it instantly and signed the lease on the spot. I've been here almost a year and everything has been great!

Everything went very smoothly and Helene was always available to answer any questions. I would highly recommend using Horse and Chaise as you go to place for rental properties.

I've been renting property here for about a year and a half now. The staff do a great job keeping the area clean and repairing anything if needed. They are pretty prompt about it as well.
