Rollin Right Bike Repairs & Service

My grandson had a flat tire on his bike. After watching his dad and friend trying to repair it for quite a while, I called Rollin Right to get a price for the repair. It was right at 7:30 when they closed, but Edward picked up. He asked me how close I was, as if he would wait for me, but I told him I was across town and would stop in the next day. The next day I took the wheel into the shop, and he fixed it in a matter of a couple of minutes, so we didn't have to come back later to pick it up. He was awesome, and his price was very reasonable. After picking up my 4-year-old grandson from day care, who decided to play with the tire as if it was a steering wheel, we ended up getting home with one of the nuts missing. Daddy had left them on the wheel so they would not be displaced. After trying several local hardware stores and not finding the correct thread count, I returned across town to the bike shop. Edward told me the threads were all different, and might be very hard to find. He took the nut from me, and went to some bikes on the floor and unthreaded the nuts on the wheels. He found one that was the same size and thread as the one I had, and gave it to me. I didn't want to take a nut off one of his bikes, but he said he would eventually run across another one. I insisted on giving him some money for the nut, but he wasn't even charging me. He had quite a few people come in and out of the shop in a very short period of time, and every review I have read on other sites, says he is wonderful. They aren't kidding. Edward was GREAT, and my grandson is able to ride his bike again. Thank you so much, Edward.
