Property we looked at was run down among other things. We called several times about a property and knowone called us back. Then during business hour went to the office and knowone was their, said they would be back at 3pm per door note and knowone showed by that time. The property we were interested in has been listed for almost 2 months so obviously that says something. We won't be doing business nor will my friends or family as I have informed them of the issues.

We rented a house from G&G Property Management for about 6.5 years. Never had an issue with Tom or Sharon. We mostly had interactions with Tom. Tom would always promptly call back when I would leave a message if we had issues, which was rarely did, or if an applicance broke in the house. Tom would call way ahead in advance for the yearly walk-thru which I greatly appreciated. They would also send a maintence man out to fix/check stuff around the house. Overall, I would highly recommend renting from them and I would definately rent from them, again.
