Beemans Heating and Air Conditioning

Had two other companies come out after going on line and Beemans came in with the best price and matched the manufacture's 10 year warranty with a 10 year labor warranty. I would recommend them for sure.

Late last week when the cold weather came through my furnace decided that is was not going to work. As I took the garbage out I saw the Beeman's truck two houses down. I asked the guys if they could come and look at my furnace when they were in the neighborhood. A half hour later they knocked at my door and found the problem right off the bat. It was not anything serious just some type of ignitor plug that was clogged. During their visit they told me about their maintenance plan where they will come out and service the furnace twice a year for one set fee. I signed up for the plan and got an immediate 15% off my bill and with the maintenance agreement they stayed around until my furnace was totally cleaned, a new filter was installed and the furnace was tuned. This spring they will come out and check out the AC at no charge!! A pretty good bargain!! I Think

Lots of companies have coupons but Beemans Heating - when they came out to bid our furnace had a 5% competitor price guarantee. They gave us their bid and told us that they would be willing to beat any price we got from a licensed contractor by 5%. We got a bid that was a little lower than theirs and challanged them on their 5% guarantee. They agreed to beat the lowest price we got by 5% and got the job done. A week later we got a thank you note and dinner for two at Applebee's. Here is a company that stood up to what they promised and we also got a 1 year maintenance agreement where they come out and service our furnace free for 1 year. I was lucky to find Beeman's Heating. For two years my newly installed furnace heat pump and air conditioner were not working right. The company that installed the furnace came back three times to try and fix the problem. I heard that Beemans could fix things that others missed. I called them and within 30 minutes they had me up and running . The new furnace boards had a switch on them that the installing company had missed. These guys were great and not over priced --They should be on your go to list.!!!

quoted parts at close to double their actual cost when another contractor looked it up for me. parts installed and working for under half what i was quoted. maybe the other contractors has better contacts but come on, almost double the price just for parts???
