checked in on 12/14/07, prior to checking in looked at room & asked maid if it contained utensels need for the kitchenette,was told yes.

1. no cooking or eating utinsels

2. dead roach droppings in cradle of phone

3. TV reception horrible;no remote night desk clerk said 'they didn't have remotes and the cable was suppose to be When? he said 'they where called'.fixed'The volume would increase and decrease intermittently without touching the control.

4.@10:30pm called front desk Roaches where all over the kitchenette and in the bathroom. Was told he would leave a message.

5.In AM because of physical Pain was unable to repack and move from room121. Maid put out roach baits and left insecticide spray.

6. Check out 12/16/07 shower water temp. was either HOT or COLD. Had to take a COLD shower:{

Not worth the price,inconvience,or bad service.
