Xfinity Store by Comcast Branded Partner

I was going to turn in my equipment today and cancel my service. Byron waited on me and talked me into upgrading. He told me my package would be 81.00 and that my small xfinity box would get all the channels I was supposed to get. That is the first lie. I asked him more than once about this and he said this was true. Now I find out I can't get all the channels he promised without doing another upgrade to HD which would add another 10.00 to the bill. Now I need to get a bigger box with adds more and more money.And he said that the new channels would be all ready when I turned it back on. Not true. I ended up on the phone for several hours and only get very few more channels than I already had. This company is fraudulent and misleads customers. You should have see all the unhappy people waiting in line there. One lady was even crying. This company has no scruples whatsoever.
