Liberty Elementary School provides a variety of drama, dance and after-school programs. The school also offers English as a Second Language (ESL) and special education programs. It operates a library that stocks a collection of picture dictionaries, encyclopedias, magazines, newspapers, storybooks and textbooks. Liberty Elementary School s parent-teacher association sponsors fundraising events and volunteer programs. Located in Valley Cottage, N.Y., the school s staff members include a social worker, librarian, therapists, teaching assistants and subject teachers. It provides classes in English, math, social studies and language arts to students in kindergarten through fifth grade. The school s curriculum also includes subjects, such as art, music and physical education. Liberty Elementary School is a part of Nyack Public Schools.
