Franklin Middle School provides academic instruction to students in grades six through eight. The school teaches various educational subjects, such as math, science, social studies, foreign languages, physical education, music, language arts and special education. Franklin Middle School has a staff of regular classroom teachers, licensed nurses, social workers, speech-language pathologists and special education teachers. The school has a library media center that houses a collection of books and provides access to databases, encyclopedias, magazines, newspapers and other online resources. Franklin Middle School is a part of the Vallejo City Unified School District and is located in Vallejo, Calif. Vallejo City Unified School District has an annual enrollment of more than 16,500 students and a staff of over 1,600 full- and part-time members.
