Atlas Shippers

I usually don't leave reviews to any establishment because I don't believe on it and I thought some are just bogus reviews or the good review is from the company itself.

But I can not let go of this one. I wish review sites have options to give negative stars. We call them last week to set up a pick up for our box. They said they will pick up Sunday between 12nn-3pm, they even call us Saturday the day before to confirm the pick up. We cancel our plan just to make sure someone at home to wait for them. But one of their incompetent rep call us at 2pm on Sunday and saying that they can't pick it up and need to reschedule. Of course we will get upset. They call again later and telling us that they can reschedule for next day which is Monday between 4-6pm. I said ok that's fine. In short, I guess you all knew what happen. No one shows up for pick up and didn't even advise us that they will not pick it up anymore. ATLAS you are not the only shipping company. I wish your company goes in the drain with the rest of your incompetent employee. I work with the Filipino community, and I'll make sure that every Filipino I talked to will know how incompetent your company is.
