        Overall

        Unfortunately can't give this company no stars at all. My home warranty company, American Home Shield, scheduled an appointment with Pooltechs. They were supposed to show between 1pm and 5pm. I tried calling their phone number at 5 pm and no one answers and no one ever showed up or called. Next day I spoke with company secretary and she said that technician showed up at 5:35PM and was knocking in the gate? I have a doorbell, why he didn't used that?
        Now I am starting all over again with a different company,
