All Clear Pool & Spa Care

I needed to replace my old equipment and had some plumbing work done. I contacted a few pool services for free checkup and estimate. Jeff come and gave the estimate quickly. I accepted Jeff's offer without asking any price-cut because his offer is most reasonable and honest compared to others. Next thing was to schedule the work day. After a few message and phone calls, we scheduled the day. I told him on the phone that I was a little bit concerned because of two bad reviews about him. and If he couldn't show up as scheduled, I would have to waste one day. He showed up on time and immediately focused on his work. It took him about 3 hours before finishing everything. From what I saw, he is quite knowledgeable and skillful on plumbing, pool equipment and electric wiring. The result turns out great and is better than expected. I also asked him to check some other stuff, he gave his valuable ideas. Overall, I am very happy with his job. Next time, If I need any pool work done, definitely will first consider him.
If there is anything need to improve, I think is the response time for text message. I sent him a few messages and did not get immediate response. Probably this is due to the busy season of the year and don't want to be interrupted while he is working. This actually is not a problem because he always answered my phone calls.
