Mediacom Communications

Don't waste your time or money on mediacom! Our cable glitches all the time our Internet doesn't work half the time, and when you try and call them about it you can never talk to an actual person! And the automated line always says there isn't a problem in your area. Don't even get me started about on demand! Take my word for it get dish mediacom is nothing but trouble!

On a Tues morning, I discovered problems with my internet connection. I called mediacom, and someone cant come until SUNDAY to fix the problem. I've had problems with my cable connection as well. OnceI had an appointment and no one showed up. When I called , I was told that they did not show a record of me even having an appoiintment! Mediacom is a complete waste of money.
