The Brewery Shop & Tour Center, headquartered in Utica, N.Y., is a brewery at the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains in central New York that has been operational for over a century. The brewery is one of the prominent specialty brewers in the country, producing a variety of distinctive beers. It offers hour-long tours of the brewery to visitors. The company manufactures Saranac beer, as well as Saranac 1888 Soft drinks, comprising drinks such as root beer, diet root beer, sparkling lemonade, orange cream and ginger beer. The brewery also offers temporary, full-time positions for tour guides at the Brewery's tour center.
