        Overall

        went to the NY state licensing site- put in the # on his webpage-NO LICENSE put his name in same site in NY state NADA! Plus you dont have to be licensed for any of this work in Iowa- this is a joke stae- no licenses, no permits, no codes, no inspectors- No wonder trades work is so poor here
