Kennedy Wilson

The Champaign Urbana location for Kennedy Wilson had closed. New management is University Group for Illinois Properties, Inc.

I was skeptical at first to rent from them because of some reviews. Went for a showing anyway, saw a nice apartment but it needed a lot of work. They renovated the entire apartment, and the asking rent price went up of course (not a lot, but it was understandable considering I would now have new appliances and new carpet, paint, etc) anyway.. the agents were so helpful, and always emailed me with updates. The apartment was completely transformed, and just perfect. I lived with another company last year, and they never cared about what I had to say.. so to see KWilson really try and make me feel appreciated was awesome.

Just don't rent from them. The agents don't care about their tenants, or the properties... Or anything except money. I would rather have a nice apartment in a bad area then rent from Kennedy Wilson EVER again.

Simply do not rent from Kennedy Wilson. You will save yourself from one massive headache. You know how some websites are referred to as user-friendly? ....Well, Kennedy Wilson is the exact opposite when it comes to property management.
