Rodgers Photography

Our experience with Rodgers Photography was completely unsatisfactory. It took 8 months of unreturned phone calls to get our photos, some of which were of very poor print quality. The wedding day experience was pleasant, but all was downhill from there. Their non-responsiveness was by far the most frustrating issue. We had to leave many, many messages, few of which were actually returned. They were highly unaccommodating. Their resistance to technological advancement is also a problem. They shoot digitally and have a computer. However, they don't use email, took five months to get our pictures online (which was essential because live out-of-state), and refused to sell us a disc with our pictures. When we finally received our pictures, some were very poorly edited and some prints were of terrible quality. They seem to be nice people, but it is difficult to retain this impression of them after this experience. Most insulting is that they never expressed any regret or embarrassment about never returning our calls or the fact that it took 8 months to get our photos in hand. Their shameful customer service has defeated any possibility of receiving a recommendation from us.

I am SO disappointed with this photographer. Their customer service is horrible and the pictures look like anyone could have taken them, not a professional. In fact. We spent almost $2000 and could have had the same thing for a couple of hundred by just having a friend take them. In fact we would have more because we have been married for almost a year and we still DON'T have our picutres. We have had to badger these guys just to talk to them. We are out of state and they posted the picutures online late and then they were so small we couldn't even really get a good look at them. When we tried to tell them this they wouldn't call us back and ended up taking our picutres off. We tried to trade get a CD but after all the money we paid them and months of trying to get a hold of them they still won't negotiate and want to sell us the CD.



This has been a HORRIBLE experience and I really honestly want anyone out there looking for a photographer for your special occassion to be spared.
