I do not recommend going to this office. When I went to this office. While I like PA Russell and feel he is competent, I don't feel this office is able to handle much more than colds/allergies/flu cases. It took well over 3 weeks, and several calls to get the results of a few xrays. I was also given very specific orders to call back if another issue didn't resolve itself. I followed doctor's orders, called back, and the issue was not addressed with the doctor. I followed up 2 days later and was told that he was on vacation for another 6 days, but they would see if the other PA could provide guidance, and that they didn't know if my X-rays result came in. To quote "I didn't see them come in, did they call you? But I didn't hear anything, so I called back Friday, and was told I could come back in to the office to be seen for the same issue but then I would be responsible for another co-pay for another PA. I declined, as I shouldn't have to pay for another office visit when I did everything exactly as ordered by the PA. During this call I also spoke with the office manager. It was troublesome that she didn't have any problem with the way this was handled and that her office lacked any sense of urgency. Because I was unable to provide the name of whom I spoke with, she couldn't do anything about it. I've only ever seen 2 people at the front desk.



Fast forward 7 business days later, I called to get the results of my xrays, and they had still not been looked at. They did call me back about 2 hours later.



Essentially if you have anything requiring more than a cold or flu, I do not recommend going to this office.
